"Fil Simondi Entertainment" (previously "Liebert-Simondi Entertainment" is a personal page and not a business page, as I have declared in the process of buying this service from the provider 1&1. Fil Simondi Entertainment is simply a stage name for myself as an author; it is not a business entity and it does not produce any form of revenue or it is ever expected to have any turnover at all. I Fil Simondi do not provide any business service as Fil Simondi Entertainment: if/when I am asked by a third party to make an illustration or write some text (e.g. lyrics for songs, translations), I do that for FREE and in informal ways and only if I have evaluated that I have time, capabilities or simply will to do that. 

Therefore, not being Fil Simondi Entertainmente a registered company or not even a company at all, I do not possess a business ID, a VAT number or a registered office. The contact numbers I have provided to the web host 1&1 is my current personal adderss which has no connection to my writing activities, that are little more than a hobby. My revenues comes from a full time job for another company operating in a completely different business sector.

The only source of income somehow linked to this website are the royalties that I receive from sales of ebooks and paperback copies of my novels; however, the whole process of selling and delivering the product to buyers is carried out by third parties (e.g. laFeltrinelli.it; Amazon.com), without myself being involved at all in any stage of the process. I have provided my personal details for taxation and billing to these distrubutors when I accepted the terms and conditions for having my books and ebooks on sale on their websites and I receive the payments of the royalties directly from them. 

I hope this clarifies any possible misunderstanding.

Non ho Business ID o partita IVA perché non offro alcun servizio a pagamento: se qualcuno mi chiede di realizzare un'illustrazione, di fargli una traduzione o di scrivergli il testo di una canzone, lo faccio gratuitamente o per una birra/cena se ho tempo o voglia o ne sono capace. La mia fonte di reddito è un lavoro full time presso un'altra azienda che opera in un settore completamente diverso.

L'unico guadagno in qualche modo legato a questa attività mi viene dalla piccola percentuale sui diritti d'autore sui libri ed ebook venduti, ma il processo è gestito dai distributori (e.g. Amazon, LaFeltrinelli): quando acquistate uno dei miei libri o ebook, il pagamento e la consegna del prodotto riguarda esclusivamente i distributori, che sono anche quelli che si occupano di tutte le questioni finanziarie e burocratiche e sono in possesso dei miei dati e che compilano per me le fatture.

Io mi limito semplicemente a scrivere le storie e pubblicizzarle (ovviamente dopo aver pagato già quanto dovuto per attribuzione di codici ISBN) e fare qualche disegnino qua e là. Non propriamente una storia impreditoriale, ma tant'è!
